Contact
There is one address. It reaches the people who write and maintain these pages, and it is the right address for corrections, missing sources, and coverage gaps.
Editorial correspondence
There is no contact form on this site and no newsletter. Nothing you write is entered into a customer system, and writing to us does not put you on a list.
| Subject | Can we help? | What to include |
|---|---|---|
| A factual error on a page | Yes — this is the most useful mail we get | Quote the page and the sentence. If you have the primary source that contradicts us, include it. |
| A primary source we have missed | Yes | A link to the government publication is enough. We verify before citing. |
| A country we do not cover | Yes | Tell us the destination. Coverage follows the availability of official requirements, not request volume. |
| Permission to quote or cite this site | No permission needed | Cite it as you would any reference. A link back is appreciated, not required. |
| The status of your FBI request | No — we cannot help | We have no access to any government system. Contact the FBI or your Channeler directly. |
| Whether your documents will be accepted | No — we cannot advise | That decision belongs to the authority receiving them. Ask them, in writing, before you pay for anything. |
| Legal or immigration advice | No | We are not lawyers and this site is not advice. Consult a licensed attorney or accredited representative. |
Corrections are handled under the published corrections policy, which sets out how a report is acknowledged, verified, and — when we were wrong — recorded on the page's change log rather than quietly edited away.

Response expectations
Correction reports are read. Where a report identifies a genuine error, the page is fixed and the change log records what changed and why. Where it does not, we may not reply individually — we would rather spend the time on the pages. See the corrections policy for the full procedure.
